Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Mujaz LLC. They cover what you may do with the platform, what we owe you, and what happens when either side wants to stop.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Mujaz you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite to your workspace do. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Permission is required for every address you email

This is the most important clause here, and the one we enforce most strictly. You may only send to people who asked to hear from you.

You may not send to

  • Lists you bought, rented, or were given by someone else
  • Addresses collected by scraping websites, directories, social media or search results
  • Anyone who has not knowingly given you their address for this purpose
  • Anyone who has unsubscribed, or who reported a previous message as spam

You must be able to show, for any address on your list, where and when the person agreed. Every newsletter must carry a working unsubscribe link and your real postal address. We may ask you how a list was collected, and we may pause sending while you answer. This is not bureaucracy: Mujaz's customers share a sending reputation, and one purchased list damages the deliverability of every other publisher on the platform.

4. What else you may not do

  • Impersonate any person, company, bank, courier, government body or brand
  • Send phishing, malware, or anything designed to deceive a recipient into giving up money or credentials
  • Send content that is unlawful, that incites violence or hatred, or that infringes someone else's rights
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the platform, or try to reach parts of it you have no right to
  • Resell or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product

5. Review, limits and suspension

We apply sending limits to new and unpaid accounts, and we review sends that look like the patterns above. Where we find a real problem we may pause sending, hold a campaign for review, or suspend an account. We will tell you what we found and, except where an account is plainly malicious, give you a chance to answer. We restore accounts as soon as the question is resolved.

6. Your content is yours

You keep every right in what you write and in the lists you build. To run the service you give us a limited licence to store, process, format and transmit that content — solely to deliver it on your behalf and to operate the platform. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. We claim no ownership, and we will not publish, sell or reuse your work.

7. Plans, payment and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Trials on paid plans run for 14 days; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and the first payment is taken. Prices may change, but never mid-term — we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and it applies from your next renewal. Plan limits, including the number of subscribers and emails per month, are part of what you are buying.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account whenever you like. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, if your use puts the platform or its other customers at risk, or if you do not pay. Where the breach is serious — phishing, impersonation, or sending to a list you had no permission to use — we may act immediately. On termination your right to use the service stops; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. The service is provided as it is

We work to keep Mujaz available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message reaches any particular inbox — deliverability depends on receiving providers we do not control. Except as the law requires, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mujaz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost data beyond our obligation to maintain reasonable backups. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top always shows when. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use Mujaz after that date means you accept it.
