17 updates
  1. FixedSending

    A reliability pass on sending

A send that fails now shows in Drafts with its reason and a “Send again” button, and people who already got it are skipped. You can cancel a schedule (the issue returns to Drafts) and send a test to up to 5 addresses at once. A send that would pass the daily limit now goes out just after midnight (UTC) instead of failing.

  2. ImprovedSender & domain

Sender and domain setup that explains itself

The Domain & Email tab now speaks Arabic too, the “Emails appear as” line shows exactly what readers see in their inbox, and the From Name you save is the one used. Mujaz re-checks your DNS records by itself every 30 minutes for the first 72 hours, and says why a record isn't right yet, such as a Cloudflare proxy left on.

  3. ImprovedSubscribers

    Sharper tools for your subscribers

Remove someone from one list only, from inside that list; they stay in your workspace and their other lists. There's a Pending filter, you can export a single list (Starter and up), and an import that only partly fits your plan now tells you how many were left out.

  4. ImprovedPlans & billing

Change plans in place, with a preview of the charge

Move between paid plans from “Manage plan” without a new checkout; a box shows what will be charged before you press “Confirm change”. Mujaz also emails you three days before a trial ends, with the amount, and whenever a payment fails.

  5. ImprovedAccount & team

Team and account: invitations you control, passwords for Google accounts

The owner no longer takes a team seat, and pending invitations can be resent or cancelled from “Pending Invites”. Accounts made with Google or Microsoft can now set a password, and Mujaz's emails to you arrive in your language.

  6. FixedPublic page

Website sign-up forms and the public archive, fixed

The sign-up form you embed on your website from Form Integration adds subscribers again. The archive on your public page now loads every post.

  7. NewMujazly

    Mujazly knows your account

Mujazly now sees your setup, your plan and the screen you're on, so its answers fit your account. It checks your domain's records live, opens the right screen or the support form with one button, keeps your past chats and leaves a weekly note on your dashboard. It still never sends, schedules or publishes anything.

  8. NewSubscribers

    A profile for every subscriber

Open a subscriber's profile (“View profile”) to see how they joined, from which page and who referred them, what they opened and clicked, the emails they received and where they are in the welcome sequence. For people still waiting to confirm, “Resend confirmation” sends the confirmation email again.

  9. ImprovedAccount & team

Choose your own link, and easier email verification

You now choose your link, mujaz.io/@handle, when you sign up and can change it in Brand; the old link sends readers to the new one, and an Arabic name no longer produces an unreadable link. Verification links last 7 days and you can ask for a new one. Someone who already has a Mujaz account can join a team with it, as long as their own workspace is empty.

  10. NewGrowth & sharing

    The new Share Kit

For every post: quote and issue cards in three sizes, a carousel of 5 to 9 slides, captions for each platform written by AI or by you, and a link preview of your own design. Send it all to your phone with a QR code from “Send to my phone”, print stickers and table cards, and see in “Results” which card brought subscribers. It's on for everyone, on every plan.

  11. NewPosts

Short links for posts, and test emails from the Posts editor

Every published post now has a short link, mujaz.io/@handle plus a four-letter code, to copy from “Link”, and WhatsApp shows the post's image when you share it. From the Publish menu you can send yourself a test email first.

  12. ImprovedNewsletter editor

    Pixel-perfect headlines in every inbox

Turn on “Pixel-perfect headlines” in Newsletter Style and your headings arrive in your exact font, even in Gmail: they're sent as images, with the words kept for readers who block images. The like, share and recommend buttons at the end of an issue now have icons and no longer break on phones.

  13. FixedPlans & billing

Cancelling keeps your plan until the period ends

Cancel a paid plan and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Your subscribers, issues and data stay as they are.

  14. ImprovedSender & domain

One clear checklist for your domain's records

Your sending domain's DNS records now come as one checklist: three CNAME records required to start sending, then recommended records on the bounce subdomain. You don't touch the SPF record on your main domain, and never add a second one.

  15. ImprovedPublic page

    Faster pages and images

Your public page and posts now load images sized for each screen, so they open faster on phones.

  16. NewNewsletter editor

    AI across the newsletter editor

Select any text in the newsletter editor and open the ✦ menu to summarize it, make it more formal, simplify it, turn dialect into Modern Standard Arabic or translate it either way. “Write with AI” can now look up facts on the web and cite its sources. Nothing changes until you choose “Replace” or “Insert below”.

16 updates
  1. ImprovedThe app

A top bar on every screen on your phone

Every screen of the app now has a top bar on phones with the menu button, so the sidebar is always one tap away.

  2. NewSubscribers

Segments, and resending to people who didn't open

A segment is a saved rule (opened or not, clicked, tags, language, join date, email domain) that Mujaz re-checks every time you send; choose “Send only to” or “Leave out”, on any paid plan. On every plan, “Resend to people who didn't open” on an issue's analytics makes a draft for those who received it and didn't open, so you can change the subject and send it yourself.

  3. NewAnalytics

    “Who?” behind every number

Click a number on an issue's analytics to see the people behind it: who opened, clicked, didn't open, bounced or complained, with search. Bounces now come with their reason, and opens by hour are on Starter and up.

  4. NewSubscribers

    Editable tags

Edit a subscriber's tags from their row (“Edit tags”), or tick several people and choose “Tags” to add or remove them at once. Use them in the editor's Tag Filter or in a segment.

  5. ImprovedSender & domain

Send from your own address with one confirmation email

Sending from your own address (Gmail, Outlook or a work address) now takes a single confirmation email, on Growth and up. Where a provider forbids other services from sending as its addresses, like Yahoo or iCloud, issues go out under your name from your Mujaz address and replies come to you.

  6. ImprovedPosts

Posts: embeds, tables, polls, audio and version history

Paste a link from X, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify or Vimeo on an empty line and it becomes an embed; add link cards, tables and note boxes too. Polls, audio files and version history arrived as well, on Lite and up.

  7. NewPosts

An Arabic typing layer in the Posts editor

The Posts editor adds Arabic punctuation as you type (، ؛ ؟ «»), lets you choose your numerals (٠١٢ or 012) and sets a direction for each paragraph. Select any text to have AI make it clearer, shorter or longer, fix it or translate it, and after 40 words it can suggest headlines.

  8. ImprovedPlans & billing

Clear locks instead of hidden features

Features your plan doesn't include are no longer hidden: they show a lock and the plan that opens them. Analytics now comes in three levels: basic, advanced (Starter and up) and full (Pro and up).

  9. NewPublic page

Discover: a directory of Arabic newsletters

Discover lists the Arabic newsletters on Mujaz by subject, taken from Category in your Brand settings. A chip in the Posts editor tells you whether a post is listed, or from which date it will be.

  10. NewGrowth & sharing

    The Growth page

The Growth page shows reader referrals as they really happened: who invited, how many emails went out, who subscribed and which readers bring the most readers. Set reward milestones, mark a reward as given, and invite other writers with your own link.

  11. FixedAnalytics

    Only measured numbers

Analytics, reports and the editor no longer show estimated or sample numbers, only what Mujaz actually measured. Where there isn't enough data yet, the screen says so.

  12. NewThe app

    A public status page

The status page shows Mujaz's real uptime and any incidents, so you know when a problem is on our side. Find it at mujaz.io/en/home/status.

  13. NewPosts

Posts: long articles with their own editor

A new section for long articles with its own editor: type / to insert blocks and drag paragraphs by their handle. Publish to the web only, or publish and email it, and each post gets its own article page. It works even before you have subscribers.

    Read the guide →
  14. NewPublic page

A short address and a new public page

Your publication now lives at a short address, mujaz.io/@handle, on a new page with your posts (filtered by articles and newsletters), your team and a subscribe box. Set the search title, description and share image in Public Page. The page shows your account type (independent writer, publisher or business) and, when Mujaz grants it, a verified mark.

  15. NewGrowth & sharing

    Recommend other newsletters

Recommend up to 10 other Mujaz newsletters from Public Page → Recommendations. They appear on your page, after your posts, and as a one-click list right after someone subscribes.

  16. ImprovedSubscribers

Readers can now leave in one click from Gmail's or Apple Mail's own unsubscribe button, and their status changes to Unsubscribed on your side.

3 updates
  1. NewAutomation

    Welcome email and timed sequence

Greet every new subscriber with an email the moment they join, then send them up to 5 of your past issues on days you choose (1 to 60 days after joining). It's in Settings → Automation, on every plan, and applies to people who join from then on.

  2. FixedNewsletter editor

The editor matches the email you send

What you see in the editor is now what reaches readers. Card and button text no longer reverts while you type, a partly filled layout row stays centred, and an issue can't be sent to an empty list.

  3. NewMujazly

    Mujazly, your assistant inside Mujaz

Mujazly is an assistant in the dashboard and the editor that answers your questions about Mujaz and reads your numbers. It never sends or publishes anything, and your questions don't use your AI allowance.

7 updates
  1. FixedSending

Reliable large sends and sound Arabic emails

Large sends now go out in full without stalling, and open rates are counted correctly. We also fixed problems with Arabic text and right-to-left layout inside sent emails.

  2. ImprovedSubscribers

    Cleaner lists and clearer imports

Imports take files up to 10 MB and 50,000 rows, and “View skipped” lists every row left out and why. Addresses that can't receive mail are skipped, and an import never re-adds people who unsubscribed. Each list has a language, a real open rate and its 30-day growth.

  3. NewSubscribers

    Double opt-in

Turn on Double Opt-in in Form Integration → Advanced, and new subscribers confirm by email before they receive anything.
