Plans compared
Mujaz has seven plans, from Free at no cost to Scale at $399 a month. They differ in subscribers, monthly emails, AI uses and team seats, and in some tools.
Prices are in US dollars per month. Paying yearly is 20% cheaper, paid once a year.

- Free — $0: 500 subscribers, 1,000 emails a month, 10 AI uses, no team seats.
- Lite — $19: 1,000 subscribers, 10,000 emails, 25 AI uses, 1 seat.
- Starter — $39: 2,000 subscribers, 50,000 emails, 50 AI uses, 1 seat.
- Growth — $69: 5,000 subscribers, 100,000 emails, 100 AI uses, 2 seats.
- Pro — $99: 10,000 subscribers, 200,000 emails, 200 AI uses, 5 seats.
- Business — $199: 25,000 subscribers, 500,000 emails, 500 AI uses, 10 seats.
- Scale — $399: 50,000 subscribers, 1,000,000 emails, unlimited AI uses, unlimited seats.
What each plan opens
- Every plan, Free included: the core block editor, scheduling, Posts and publishing to the web, Share Kit, the welcome email and timed sequence, resend to non-openers, engagement and tag filters, the sign-up form, Discover, Pixel-perfect headlines, the Spam Score Checker, and all Brand, Newsletter Style and Public Page settings.
- Lite and up (any paid plan): the four Cards blocks, the Content Library, polls and audio in Posts, version history (30 days on Lite, 90 days on Starter and Growth, forever on Pro and up), segments, and no “Sent via Mujaz” footer.
- Starter and up: the HTML block, dynamic blocks (weather, stocks, countdown), best send time, translating an issue, CSV export, and advanced analytics.
- Growth and up: sending from your own address and domain.
- Pro and up: full analytics: fonts, sponsor results and custom date ranges.

Common questions
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Each workspace gets one 14-day free trial of any paid plan. See Free trial.
When do my email and AI allowances reset?
On the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal. Unused AI uses don't carry over.
What is Pay-as-you-go?
An older plan, only for workspaces already on it: a $10 base plus $0.90 per 1,000 emails from a prepaid wallet, with AI in $5 packs of 25 uses.

Try any paid plan free for 14 days, once per workspace. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 14.
- Change your plan
In Billing → “Manage plan” you move between paid plans, or between monthly and yearly billing. A box explains what will happen before you confirm, and your current subscription changes with no new checkout.
- Plan usage and limits
Each plan has a monthly allowance of emails and AI uses, plus a limit on subscribers and team seats. Email and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
- Subscriber limits on each plan
Each plan has a maximum number of subscribers, from 500 on Free to 50,000 on Scale. Active and Pending subscribers count. At the limit, manual adds and imports stop, but sign-ups from your page and forms are never refused, and sending isn't blocked.
