Subscriber limits on each plan
Each plan has a maximum number of subscribers, from 500 on Free to 50,000 on Scale. Active and Pending subscribers count. At the limit, manual adds and imports stop, but sign-ups from your page and forms are never refused, and sending isn't blocked.
The limit on each plan

- Pro: 10,000
- Business: 25,000
- Scale: 50,000
During a free trial, before the first payment, the limit is 2,000 subscribers whatever the plan.
Who counts
Active and Pending subscribers, the same number Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app) shows. Unsubscribed and bounced people don't count.
At the limit
- Adding by hand stops, with a message that you've reached your plan's subscriber limit.
- An import that only partly fits is cut to fit and tells you how many were left out.
- Sign-ups from your public page and forms are never refused. If they take you over the limit, a warning appears on the dashboard.
- Sending is not blocked by subscriber count.
What to do
- Change your plan to a bigger one.
- Or remove readers who never open your emails to make room.

Do Pending subscribers count?
Yes. The limit counts Active and Pending.
Does sending stop when I'm over the limit?
