Change your plan

In Billing → “Manage plan” you move between paid plans, or between monthly and yearly billing. A box explains what will happen before you confirm, and your current subscription changes with no new checkout.

From Free to a paid plan

1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app) and press “Upgrade”.
2. Choose “Monthly” or “Yearly”.
3. Press “Upgrade to …” under the plan you want.
4. Pay on Stripe's secure page, by card, in US dollars.
5. Your plan changes within a minute after paying, and “🎉 Upgrade Successful!” appears.

Between paid plans

1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app) and press “Manage plan”.
2. Press the new plan's button: “Upgrade to …” or “Switch to …”.
3. Read the box that explains what will happen and any amount.
4. Press “Confirm change”.

What you are charged

Moving up: only the prorated difference for the rest of the period is charged today, to the card on file. If the card fails, nothing changes, so update the card first.
Moving down: immediate, nothing charged. The unused part becomes credit on your next invoices.
Monthly ↔ yearly: a new billing period starts today, so the new period's price minus the unused time is charged at once. The box shows the amount before you confirm.
During a trial: the trial moves to the new plan, and nothing is charged.

After moving to a lower plan, blocks already in your issues stay, and team members keep their access. Only new invitations are blocked if your seats are over the plan's limit.

Common questions

Who can change the plan?

Only the owner, a Super Admin or a Manager.

Do I need to enter my card again?

Not when changing between paid plans. The existing subscription changes, and the card on file is charged.

Plans compared
Mujaz has seven plans, from Free at no cost to Scale at $399 a month. They differ in subscribers, monthly emails, AI uses and team seats, and in some tools.
Cancel your plan
In Billing, press “Cancel Plan”, then “Yes, Cancel”. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. Your subscribers, issues and data are kept.
Invoices and payments
You pay Mujaz by card, in US dollars. Your invoices are in Billing → “Billing history”, and each one downloads as a PDF.
The 14-day free trial
Try any paid plan free for 14 days, once per workspace. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 14.
