The 14-day free trial
Try any paid plan free for 14 days, once per workspace. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 14.
The trial works for every paid plan, from Lite to Scale. You start it from Billing, and the plan is charged automatically at the end unless you cancel.
Start the trial
- 1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app): the Profile button at the bottom of the sidebar → “Billing”, or Settings → “Billing”.
- 2. Press “Upgrade”.
- 3. Choose the plan, then press “Start 14-day free trial”.
- 4. Enter your card details and finish.
Good to know
- A card is required to start. Prepaid cards are refused, and the card's country must match where you are.
- Three days before the trial ends, Mujaz emails you what will be charged.
- On day 14 the plan is charged automatically, unless you cancelled before.
- Until the first payment, the limits are 2,000 subscribers and 5,000 emails a month, whichever plan you are trying.
- If you change plans during the trial, the trial moves to the new plan and nothing is charged.
Common questions
Can I start the trial again?

Why is my subscriber limit 2,000 when my plan is bigger?
That is the trial limit before the first payment. After the first payment your plan's full limits apply.
Am I charged when the trial starts?
Nothing is charged if you cancel before day 14. The charge happens automatically on day 14.
