Invoices and payments

You pay Mujaz by card, in US dollars. Your invoices are in Billing → “Billing history”, and each one downloads as a PDF.

Paying

Payments are by card only, in US dollars, through Stripe's secure page. Renewals are charged to the card on file.

Change your card

1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app).
2. Under “Payment method”, press “Replace”.
3. Enter the new card on Stripe's secure page.

Download invoices

1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app) and scroll to “Billing history”.
2. Press “Download” next to the invoice. It saves as a PDF.

The history shows your last 20 invoices. The “Status” column shows each one: “Paid”, “Refunded”, “… refunded” with the amount when part was refunded, “Pending” or “Failed”.

When a payment fails

Mujaz emails the owner.
A workspace that never paid returns to Free at once, and gets the plan back if a later retry succeeds.
A workspace that paid before keeps its plan while the card is retried, then returns to Free if it doesn't succeed.
The fix: update the card in “Payment method” → “Replace”.

Common questions

Can I pay in my local currency?

Payments are by card, in US dollars only.

Why can't I see Billing?

Only the owner, a Super Admin or a Manager can open it. Ask one of them for the invoice.

Will Mujaz remind me before the trial charge?

Yes. Three days before the trial ends, you get an email with the amount.

Change your plan
In Billing → “Manage plan” you move between paid plans, or between monthly and yearly billing. A box explains what will happen before you confirm, and your current subscription changes with no new checkout.
Cancel your plan
In Billing, press “Cancel Plan”, then “Yes, Cancel”. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. Your subscribers, issues and data are kept.
The 14-day free trial
Try any paid plan free for 14 days, once per workspace. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 14.

Mujaz has seven plans, from Free at no cost to Scale at $399 a month. They differ in subscribers, monthly emails, AI uses and team seats, and in some tools.
