Cancel your plan

In Billing, press “Cancel Plan”, then “Yes, Cancel”. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. Your subscribers, issues and data are kept.

1. Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app).
2. Press “Cancel Plan”.
3. Read what will happen, then press “Yes, Cancel”. To go back, press “Keep My Plan”.
4. Your plan now shows “Active until …, then moves to Free”, with the date the period ends.

What changes on Free

Limits become 500 subscribers, 1,000 emails a month and 10 AI uses.
The “Sent via Mujaz” footer returns to every email.
Paid features lock, but blocks already in your issues stay.
Team members keep their access, but you can't send new invitations.
If you have more than 500 subscribers, nobody is removed. Only manual adds and imports stop.

Undo a cancellation

Before the end date, open “Manage plan” and choose a paid plan again. That un-cancels it. Or contact support.

Common questions

Do I lose my subscribers if I cancel?

No. Subscribers, issues and all your data are kept.

Am I charged again after cancelling?

No. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.

What's the difference between cancelling and deleting my account?

Cancelling keeps your account on Free. Deleting closes the whole workspace at once, and its data is erased for good after 30 days. See Delete your account.

Change your plan
In Billing → “Manage plan” you move between paid plans, or between monthly and yearly billing. A box explains what will happen before you confirm, and your current subscription changes with no new checkout.
Invoices and payments
You pay Mujaz by card, in US dollars. Your invoices are in Billing → “Billing history”, and each one downloads as a PDF.
Delete your account
Deleting your account closes it at once and cancels your paid plan at that moment. We keep the data for 30 days, then delete it permanently. Within those 30 days the account can be restored by writing to [email protected].

Mujaz has seven plans, from Free at no cost to Scale at $399 a month. They differ in subscribers, monthly emails, AI uses and team seats, and in some tools.
