Plan usage and limits
Each plan has a monthly allowance of emails and AI uses, plus a limit on subscribers and team seats. Email and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
Where to see your usage
Open Billing (Opens in the Mujaz app). Under “Current plan” there are three bars: “Subscribers” (active), “Emails this month” and “AI assists”. Each plan's numbers are in Plans compared.
Monthly emails
- Every email sent counts, test emails included.
- If the allowance can't fit the whole send, the whole send fails with “Email limit exceeded. Remaining: X, Required: Y”. The fix: upgrade, or wait for the 1st of the month.
- Each workspace also has a daily limit. If a send would pass it before anything went out, it moves to just after midnight UTC, and the card in Scheduled says why.
AI uses
- AI tools in the editor, in Posts and in Share Kit count. “Create with AI” uses one.
- Unused AI uses don't carry over.
- When they run out you see “AI assistant usage limit reached for your plan”. They reset on the 1st, or you can upgrade.
- Your questions to Mujazly don't use this allowance.
Subscribers
Active and waiting-to-confirm subscribers count. At the limit, manual adds and imports stop. Sign-ups from your public page and forms are never refused; a warning appears on the dashboard instead. Sending is not blocked by subscriber count. See Subscriber limits.
Team seats
“Team member limit reached for your plan” means your seats are full. People invited but not yet joined count. Upgrade, or remove someone. See Invite your team.

Do test emails count?
Yes, they count toward the monthly email allowance.
When does my allowance reset?
On the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
Is part of an issue sent if the allowance runs short?
No. The whole send fails if it doesn't fit.

Mujaz checks every send before it goes out. An issue can be held for a quick review, moved to just after midnight by the daily limit, or refused for a specific reason. The message you see points to the cause and the fix.
