Invite your team
On the Team page, press “Add Member” to add a colleague to the list, then press “Invite” on their card to send the invitation. Seats depend on your plan, and the owner doesn't take one.
- 1. Open Team (Opens in the Mujaz app) from the sidebar.
- 2. Press “Add Member”, enter the name and email, choose the “Display Role” and “System Role”, then save. They are added to the list as “Not Invited”.
- 3. Press “Invite” on their card. The invitation goes out and the status becomes “Pending”. The link works for 7 days.
- 4. They open the link, set a name and a password (8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol), and join.
Resend, cancel or remove
- Resend: “Resend” on the member's card, or “Resend invite” in the “Pending Invites” tab. A new link goes out and the old one stops working.
- Cancel an invitation: “Pending Invites” → “Cancel invite”. The link stops working and the seat frees up; the person stays on the list as not invited.
- Remove a member: the ⋯ menu on their card → “Remove”. The owner can't be removed.
Seats per plan
Free 0, Lite 1, Starter 1, Growth 2, Pro 5, Business 10, Scale unlimited. People invited but not yet joined count. People shown in footers only, with the role None and never invited, don't.
