Tags: group your subscribers
A tag is a short word you put on a subscriber to group them with others. Tag one person from “Edit tags”, or many at once with the “Tags” button, then send to everyone with a tag using the editor's “Tag Filter”.
Tag one subscriber
- 1. Open Subscribers (Opens in the Mujaz app).
- 2. Press ⋮ on the subscriber's row, then “Edit tags”.
- 3. Type a tag and press Enter. Repeat for each tag.
- 4. Press “Save”.
Tag many subscribers
- 1. Tick the subscribers in the table.
- 2. Press “Tags” in the bar that appears.
- 3. Add tags to everyone, or pick tags under “Remove (tap to choose)” to take them off.
- 4. Press “Save”.
- Up to 20 tags per subscriber, 50 characters each.
- When adding someone by hand, you can type up to 10 tags separated by commas.
- In a CSV import, put tags in a column, split by ; or ,. An import doesn't change the tags of people already in the workspace.
- Values from a sign-up form's extra fields become tags like city:riyadh.
Send to people with a tag
In the editor, go to “Settings” → “Audience” → “Tag Filter” and pick one tag. To combine tags or leave a tag out, use the “Tags” condition in a segment.

- A subscriber's profile
The profile puts everything about a subscriber in one place: status, how they joined, what they opened, their lists and tags, and their place in the welcome sequence. Open it from ⋮ on their row → “View profile”.
- Import subscribers from a CSV file
In Subscribers press Import CSV and pick a CSV file up to 10 MB with an email column. Mujaz detects the columns by itself, and importing never sends anything.
