AI writing tools

Select text in a Text block and open the AI menu to improve, summarise, translate or turn dialect into MSA — or use Write with AI for a new paragraph with web research and sources. Nothing changes until you choose Replace or Insert below.

Each use counts against your plan's monthly AI allowance.

On existing text in the newsletter editor

1. Select part of the text to work On the selected text, or leave the cursor in the block to work On the whole block.
2. Open the ✦ AI menu on the block.
3. Choose Improve: Make it clearer, Shorten, Expand, Fix spelling and grammar, More formal, More casual, Simpler, and Dialect → MSA for Arabic text. Or choose Summarize, or To English / To Arabic.
4. Read the result, then choose Replace, Insert below, Try again or Discard.

Write with AI

In an empty Text block, or from the AI menu, press Write with AI and describe what you want. Then choose:

Type: Any, News, Opinion, Intro or Summary.
Length: Short, Medium or Long.
Tone: Friendly or Formal.
Language: العربية or English.
Look up facts on the web: it searches for current facts, writes from them and shows the sources for you to check. Sources are not added to the newsletter. It can take a minute or two.

In the Posts editor

Select text and press AI to choose Make it clearer, Shorten, Expand, Fix spelling and grammar or a translation. After 40 words, Suggest headlines appears under the title.

Other AI tools

AI Subject Line Generator in the Settings step: pick a suggestion and press Apply.

Your monthly allowance

AI uses per month: Free 10, Lite 25, Starter 50, Growth 100, Pro 200, Business 500, Scale unlimited. It resets on the 1st of each month and on each paid renewal; unused uses don't carry over.

Common questions

Does the assistant make up facts or numbers?

Without web research it writes only from what you give it. With research it writes from the facts it found and lists the sources for you to check.

Does my text change as soon as I pick a tool?

No. You see the result first; nothing changes until you choose Replace or Insert below.

When does my allowance reset?

On the 1st of each month and on each paid renewal. See Plan usage and limits.

Editor blocks
An issue is built from blocks you add from the Content Blocks panel. Text, image, button, quote, divider, spacer, layouts, YouTube and social icons are on every plan; Cards are Lite and up; the HTML block and dynamic blocks are Starter and up.
Meet Mujazly
Mujazly is the assistant inside Mujaz that answers questions about the platform and your account. It reads your numbers, your setup and the issue you have open, but it never sends, publishes or changes anything.
Plan usage and limits
Each plan has a monthly allowance of emails and AI uses, plus a limit on subscribers and team seats. Email and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
Duplicate and translate an issue
On an issue's card in Newsletters, press Duplicate for a new draft with the same content and audience. Press Translate to English or Translate to Arabic for a translated draft in the other language (Starter and up).
