Duplicate and translate an issue
On an issue's card in Newsletters, press Duplicate for a new draft with the same content and audience. Press Translate to English or Translate to Arabic for a translated draft in the other language (Starter and up).
Duplicate an issue
- 1. Open Newsletters (Opens in the Mujaz app).
- 2. On any issue's card — sent, scheduled or draft — press Duplicate.
- 3. A new draft appears with the issue's name followed by “(نسخة)”, with the same content and audience. Open it with Edit.
Duplicating is how you reuse a design that worked, and how you correct a sent issue, since sent issues can't be edited.
Translate an issue
- 1. On the issue's card in Newsletters, press Translate to English for an Arabic issue, or Translate to Arabic for an English one.
- 2. The translation starts and a progress bar appears. When it's done, press View translation.
- 3. Review the translated draft, then send it like any issue.
Translating creates a new draft in the other language and translates the blocks, title and subject. The original issue stays as it is.
Common questions
Does the copy keep the same audience?
Yes. It keeps the content and audience; you can change both before sending.
Is the translation sent automatically?
No. It's a draft and goes nowhere until you send it.
Can I translate just part of the text?
Yes. Select text in a Text block and choose To English or To Arabic from the AI menu. See AI writing tools.
