Meet Mujazly
Mujazly is the assistant inside Mujaz that answers questions about the platform and your account. It reads your numbers, your setup and the issue you have open, but it never sends, publishes or changes anything.
The Mujazly button sits in the bottom corner of every dashboard screen, the newsletter editor and the Posts editor. It doesn't appear on the public pages readers see.
What it can see
- Your numbers, such as subscribers, opens and clicks.
- Your setup: sender, domain, logo, lists, automation, team and your plan's limits.
- The screen you're on, and the issue you have open in the editor.
What it does
- Explains the steps for any task, using the button names exactly as your screen shows them.
- Adds a button that opens the screen you need.
- Suggests text you can use in one tap, such as a subject line or a caption to open in Share Kit.
- When it doesn't know, it says so and adds a Contact support button that opens the support form with your question filled in.
How to use it
- 1. Press the Mujazly button at the bottom of the screen.
- 2. Type your question in Ask Mujazly… and press Send.
- 3. To return to an earlier chat press Past conversations. To start a new topic press New conversation.
On the Dashboard, Mujazly also writes Mujazly's note for this week: your best issue of the week and one thing to try, when you sent something in the last 7 days.
Common questions
Can Mujazly send or publish my issue for me?
No. It explains the steps and opens the right screen; sending and publishing stay with you.
Do my questions use my AI allowance?
No. The monthly allowance is for the writing tools in the editors, not for Mujazly's answers.
What if Mujazly doesn't know the answer?
It says so plainly and adds a button that opens the support form with your question filled in. The reply comes by email.

- Plan usage and limits
Each plan has a monthly allowance of emails and AI uses, plus a limit on subscribers and team seats. Email and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
