Your public page

Your public page at mujaz.io/@handle shows your logo, name, a subscribe box and the archive of your posts. You set it up in Settings → Public Page, and changes save automatically.

Last updated:

Your public page is your newsletter's home on the web. It shows your logo, name, verified mark if you have one, posts count, the subscribe box, an about section, your recommendations, your team, and the archive as a grid or list, filtered by All, Articles or Newsletters.

Each post has its own page at mujaz.io/@handle/post-link, with like, share and recommend, more from you, and a subscribe form. A privacy page at mujaz.io/@handle/privacy is created automatically.

To open your page: from the Profile button at the bottom of the sidebar choose “View Public Page”, or press “View public page” at the top of the Public Page tab.

What appears in the archive

Posts published to the web appear there. Email issues appear when “Publish to public page” is on in the issue's Audience tab.

The settings tabs

Open Settings → Public Page (Opens in the Mujaz app). Every change saves by itself a moment later, and a “Saved” pill shows.

  • “General”: “Enable public page”; “Override brand” to give the page its own title (60 characters), description (240), logo and theme colour instead of your Brand; “Featured newsletter” (default “Most recent”); and “SEO & sharing”.
  • “Banner”: the background (an image up to 5 MB at 1600×400, a pattern, a gradient or a solid colour), logo shape and size, and the colours of the title, description and social icons.
  • “Content”: “Show Subscriber Count”, badges for frequency, pricing and language, and topics.
  • “Engagement”: “Like Button”, “Share Button” and “Recommend Button”. See Reader referrals.
  • “Recommendations”: other newsletters you vouch for. See Recommend other newsletters.
  • “Team”: the people shown in the footers.

Title, description and share image

  1. 1. On the “General” tab, scroll to “SEO & sharing”.
  2. 2. Type the “SEO title” (up to 60 characters) and “Meta description” (up to 160).
  3. 3. Upload an “Open Graph image” at 1200×630, up to 2 MB. It shows when your page's link is shared.

Common questions

Why isn't my latest issue in the archive?

Turn on “Publish to public page” in the issue's Audience tab. The web version opens from the email's view-online link either way, as long as the page is on.

I changed something and it isn't showing yet. Why?

Changes take about 15 seconds to reach readers. Refresh the page in a moment.

Do readers need an account to read or subscribe?

No. Readers never need an account to read or subscribe.

  • Your handle and links

Your link is mujaz.io/@handle, and your default sender address [email protected] is built from it. Change it in Settings → Brand → “Your link”; the old link keeps working and sends readers to the new one.

  • Getting listed in Discover

Discover is Mujaz's public directory of Arabic newsletters, by subject. Your post is listed when your public page is on, your account is in good standing and the post passed the automatic content review, once your workspace is a day old.

  • Recommend other newsletters

You can recommend up to 10 other Mujaz newsletters in Settings → Public Page → Recommendations. They show on your page, at the end of your posts, and as a one-click list right after someone subscribes to you.

  • A sign-up form on your website

In Settings → Form Integration you customise your sign-up form, then copy the code from “Embed code” and paste it into your website's HTML. The form is on every plan.
