Notifications

Settings → Notifications sets which emails Mujaz sends you, where they go, and how often you get the performance report. Press “Save Preferences” after any change.

  3. 3. Choose the notification types you want and the report frequency.
  4. 4. Press “Save Preferences”.

Notification types

  • “Newsletter Sent”: after every send.
  • “Performance Report”: daily, weekly (Mondays) or monthly (the 1st), at 09:00 UTC. Set it in “Performance Report Frequency”.
  • “New Subscriber”: off by default.
  • “Subscriber Milestone”: at 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 subscribers and so on.

Quiet hours

Set “Quiet Hours” if you like. Notifications that fall in that window are skipped, not sent later.

Security alerts

“Security Alerts” is a weekly email sent only when there is something to act on: a sudden jump in sign-ups, or spam complaints above 0.1%.

Common questions

Why don't I get an email for each new subscriber?

“New Subscriber” is off by default. Switch it on and press “Save Preferences”.

Can notifications go to a colleague?

Yes. Put their address in “Notification Email” or “Alternate Email”.

  • Account and password

Settings → Account shows your name, email and workspace name, and lets you change your password. A password needs at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.

  • Analytics: what each number means

The Analytics page shows total subscribers, newsletters sent, average open and click rates, subscriber growth and each issue's performance. Numbers update within about 10 minutes, and what you see depends on your plan's analytics level.

  • Team roles

The “System Role” decides what a member can do: Super Admin, Manager, Editor, Viewer or None. The “Display Role” is just the title shown in the newsletter.
