Can't sign in
Start from the error you see: wrong password, an account created with Google, too many attempts, or an unverified email. Each has a short fix below.
Forgot your password
- 1. On the login page, press “Forgot password?”.
- 2. Enter your email and press “Send reset link”.
- 3. Open the link in the email within 10 minutes and set a new password.
If you see “Invalid or expired link” or “Invalid or expired token”, ask for a new link. It works for 10 minutes only.
Errors on the login page
- “Invalid email or password”: check both, or use “Forgot password?”.
- “Too many login attempts”: wait about 15 minutes, then try again.
- “This account was created with google…”: sign in with “Continue with Google”.
- “Please verify your email before logging in.”: click the link in your verification email, or ask for a new one. See Verification email missing.
- “Your account has been temporarily suspended”: contact support.
- “Not authorized, token failed”: your session expired. Log in again.
Google and Outlook inside apps
If you opened Mujaz inside Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or a similar app, signing in with Google or Microsoft won't work. Press “Open in Browser” in the notice that appears, or open the page in Safari or Chrome.
The security check on sign-up
The sign-up page has a security check from Cloudflare. If an ad blocker stops it, you see “The security check couldn't load”. Turn off your ad blocker for that page or refresh it, then try again. Signing up with “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Outlook” doesn't need the check.
If you see “An account with this email already exists”, sign in instead, or use “Forgot password?”.
Common questions
I signed up with Google. Can I sign in with a password?
Yes, after you set one in Settings → Account. Until then, use the Google button.
How long does the reset link last?
10 minutes. After that, ask for a new one.

Check your spam folder first, then ask for a new link with “Send a new link”. The verification link works for 7 days; the password-reset link works for 10 minutes.
