Common error messages
What Mujaz's most common error messages mean, and what to do about each. Many still appear in English even in the Arabic interface.
Sending
- “Please fix the errors / Some required fields are missing information.”: usually the “Featured Image” is missing, or the title or subject.
- “You must select an audience segment”: choose a list in Audience → “Audience Segment”.
- “<list> has no active subscribers…” or “Nobody on <list> matches the audience filter…”: pick another list or loosen the filters.
- “Email limit exceeded. Remaining: X, Required: Y”: your monthly emails are used up. Upgrade or wait for the 1st.
- “New accounts warm up gradually…”: a new account can reach at most 500 people per send on day 1, and 5,000 in the first week. Send to a smaller list, or ask support to verify the account.
- “This send needs a quick review before it goes out…”: the send waits for Mujaz's review, within hours, and the result comes by email. See Why a send was held or refused.
- “Your account is under review and sending is paused…”: only support can lift it.
- “Test emails are for previewing — … tested to 5 addresses…”: reuse one of your 5 earlier test addresses. “Too many test emails…” means 20 an hour; wait.
- “Your workspace requires approval before anything is sent or published…”: press “Submit for approval”.
Subscribers and imports
- “Subscriber limit reached for your plan”: your plan is full. Upgrade, or remove readers who never open.
- “No email column found…”: the CSV needs an email column. Name it email.
- “No valid subscribers found in import data”: every row was skipped. Press “View skipped” to see why.
- “New accounts can import up to 1,000 contacts during their first week…”: wait until day 7, or ask support to verify the account.
- “This list looks purchased or scraped…”: Mujaz only accepts opted-in lists. If it was collected with permission, ask support for a review.
- “Segments are part of the paid plans…”: segments are Lite and up.
Sender and domain
- “Please enter a valid domain (e.g., newsletter.yourdomain.com)”: type only the domain, with no https:// and no /.
- “Custom sender email not available on your plan”: Growth and up.
- “This email is already verified by another account.”: that address belongs to another workspace.
- “Invalid or expired link” on a sender confirmation: press “Save Sender Settings” again for a fresh email.
Account and team
- “Team member limit reached for your plan”: your seats are full. Upgrade or remove a member.
- “Invalid or expired invitation token”: the 7-day invite link expired. Ask for a new invite.
- “Access denied - … permission required”: your team role doesn't allow it. Ask the owner.
- “{item} is on the {plan} plan and up”: a locked feature; the named plan opens it.
- “AI assistant usage limit reached for your plan”: resets on the 1st, or upgrade.
- “Public page not found or disabled”: the public page is off in Public Page (Opens in the Mujaz app), so the sign-up form stops too.

- Can't sign in
Start from the error you see: wrong password, an account created with Google, too many attempts, or an unverified email. Each has a short fix below.
- Why a send was held or refused
Mujaz checks every send before it goes out. An issue can be held for a quick review, moved to just after midnight by the daily limit, or refused for a specific reason. The message you see points to the cause and the fix.
- Plan usage and limits
Each plan has a monthly allowance of emails and AI uses, plus a limit on subscribers and team seats. Email and AI allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and on each paid renewal.
- Import subscribers from a CSV file
In Subscribers press Import CSV and pick a CSV file up to 10 MB with an email column. Mujaz detects the columns by itself, and importing never sends anything.
