Resend an issue to people who didn't open it
On a sent issue's analytics page, press “Resend to people who didn't open”. Mujaz makes a new draft aimed at people who received the issue and didn't open it, and sends nothing until you do. Available on every plan.
- 1. Open Newsletters (Opens in the Mujaz app) and the “Sent” tab.
- 2. Press “Analytics” on the issue's card.
- 3. Press “Resend to people who didn't open”. You'll see “Draft ready — change the subject and send” with how many people it will reach.
- 4. Open the draft from the “Drafts” tab. It has the issue's name followed by “(resend to non-openers)”.
- 5. In the “Settings” step, change the “Email Subject Line”. A new subject gives the issue a second chance in the inbox.
- 6. Send or schedule the draft like any issue.
The audience is already set: the same list, with the “Engagement Filter” on “Received the original and didn't open it”. You can change the content as you like before sending.
On a paid plan you can also make a segment with “A newsletter” → “received and didn't open”, and use it in any later issue.
Common questions
Does it use my monthly email allowance?
Yes. The draft is a normal send, and every email that goes out counts toward your monthly allowance.
Does it reach people who unsubscribed after the first send?
No. Mujaz only ever sends to Active subscribers.
Can I use it on an issue that hasn't been sent?
No. It only works on sent issues, because it depends on who received them.

- Who opened and clicked
On any issue's analytics page, press “Who?” next to a number to see the people behind it: who opened, clicked, didn't open, bounced or reported it as spam. Every bounce shows its reason.
- Segments: send to the right readers
A segment is a saved rule Mujaz re-checks every time you use it, so it stays right on its own. Create one on the Segments tab, then pick it in the editor to send only to it or leave it out. On the paid plans, Lite and up.
- Analytics: what each number means
The Analytics page shows total subscribers, newsletters sent, average open and click rates, subscriber growth and each issue's performance. Numbers update within about 10 minutes, and what you see depends on your plan's analytics level.
